From Idea to Finished ProductIDEA & BRIEF
In order to create a timepiece you will love – and your customers will desire – we start with a brief.
To write it, we talk to you about your brand and its market position, from which we aim to identify what you want to achieve. Once you have approved the brief, the first next step is a joint brainstorming session where we can tease out what is important for your brand.
CONCEPT & DESIGN
The design of your watch is developed in close collaboration with our design team, who focus on making every detail of your ideas a reality. Taking the outputs from the brainstorming session, we create a range of concepts that reflect your brand. Rest assured, whatever we present, you will always have complete control over the final design.
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT & PROTOTYPING
This stage of the process is focused on detail. Working together with the designers, our team of engineers implement the final design in a way that fulfils all technical specifications as well as the economic criteria. After completion of the development, a first prototype is produced to enable evaluation of the watch’s aesthetic.
MANUFACTURING & QUALITY CONTROL
At the outset of industrialisation, we recommend a method of production and define all requirements. Once the prototypes are validated, all necessary tooling are manufactured. After production all components are inspected by our internal quality control staff, based on the defined aesthetic and technical specifications. These inspections include technical tests to verify accuracy, functional integrity and overall visual appearance.
